Growing up as a child of a missionary in Guadalajara, Mexico, Kristy developed a deep love for Latin American people, as well as an understanding of what it’s like to live in a foreign country. The experience helped her gain an appreciation of what it’s like to learn a new language, new culture, and how to navigate new systems and government processes.
Kristy obtained her J.D. from Regent University School of Law and has been serving the local community since 2007. She is dedicated to always improving her practice. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Kristy is able to stay up to date on the latest news and issues regarding U.S. immigration. She also regularly consults with other immigration law attorneys in the area on difficult cases in order to better prepare and increase the likelihood of a positive outcome for her clients.

WALTER WENDLER
Attorney
Attorney Walter Wendler grew up in College Station, Texas. A proud Texas Aggie, class of ’99, he earned a Bachelor of Science, Construction Science in 1995. Walter has over a decade of experience in the construction of oil and gas refining facilities through which he developed an appreciation for foreign workers and the value and competitiveness they add to the American marketplace.
In 2007, Walter graduated from Regent University School of Law where he met his wife and law partner, Kristy M. Wendler. He became a member of the Texas Bar in 2008, and a member of the Mississippi Bar in 2011.
Walter currently handles all Wendler Law Group’s Employment Immigration cases. He enjoys partnering with companies to successfully determine the best strategies for obtaining either temporary, or permanent resident, worker visas in a variety of industries--such as oil and gas refining, chemicals and plastics refining, agriculture, and construction.
Walter also handles Wendler Law Group’s Criminal matters. Coming from a blue-collar background, he is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work hard defending those who are facing state or federal prosecution.
